Meals on Wheels Upland

Connect Senior Services became the local Meals on Wheels provider for Upland starting in 2023.

​Our Kitchen is run by our wonderful Chef Sylvia Ragsdale. She has been preparing quality meals for over 20 years. Beyond traditional comfort food, Sylvia takes inspiration from across the globe to create a dynamic food experience.

Meals on Wheels is open to all seniors.  We also serve lunch at 12:00pm.  Both of these programs are Monday-Friday.  Tray and delivery options are available on request for an additional cost.

The Program

​

Seniors sign up for the whole month.  Each meal is served with a salad or soup, a main course, vegetable and starch and includes desert.  See menu below for each specific day.  Meals are delivered Monday-Friday.  There is typically around 20-22 days per month.

If you need to opt out of the day or want to request the optional meal, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance.

Cost

​

Meals must be purchased by the month.  Payment is required at the beginning of the month.  If starting mid-month, meals will be prorated for the first month.  Seniors can roll up to 5 meals to the next month as long as they still enrolled for the next month. Each meal costs only $6.

In Person Dining

Lunch at the The Meeting House at Upland Manor is served Monday-Friday starting at 12:00 noon. Each meal is served as a seated, served meal, and typically includes 3 courses including desert. Each of these meals include a short Bible study.  Please reserve your seat at latest by 9:30am the day of, advanced reservations are welcome.

Delivery is available within Upland and select areas in neighboring cities.
