Providing a Meals
Connect Senior Services, a charitable organization that provides essential services to seniors throughout the Inland Empire, Upland Manor always welcomes donations. Every gift we receive, no matter how large or small, goes a long way towards our commitment to serve those 55 and better, and helps them live a Christ centered life.
Funds donated to the Upland Meals on Wheels program will go to Connect Senior Services' Food Endowment. The Endowment creates a permanent fund to offset the costs of food, preparation, and delivery in effort to make food more affordable for seniors.
